2. Product Accuracy & Pricing: Every artisanal creation is baked from scratch. Due to the handcrafted nature of our cakes and cookies, slight visual variations from the photographs may occur. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We comply strictly with pricing regulations and do not engage in unjustified price manipulation.

3. Orders, Modifications & Cancellations: Given the perishable nature of our ingredients and our baked-to-order production cycle, orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of payment confirmation. Beyond this window, we cannot process cancellations or issue cash refunds. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any geographic region or jurisdiction.

4. Payments & Billing: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We process payments through secured, RBI-compliant third-party gateways. Baked Bliss by Shilpi does not store any complete credit card or UPI PIN data on its internal servers.

5. Intellectual Property: All visual content, cake designs, recipes, branding, and text on this Website are the exclusive intellectual property of Baked Bliss by Shilpi and Shilpi Rathor. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our structural designs or media assets is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any structural transit damage or product defect is strictly limited to the replacement of the product or the issuance of store credit, subject to our Shipping & Returns policy. Baked Bliss by Shilpi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or consumption of our products.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jhajjar, Haryana.
